Newport County fans will have the chance to include their names on a special kit to raise money for Fraser Franks.
The defender, 28, was forced to retire from football on medical advice due to a heart problem last week.
Franks, who made 34 appearances for the League Two club after joining from Stevenage last summer, captained County in their heroic FA Cup win over Leicester in January.
Now, supporters can have their names embossed on a third kit for £50 with all proceeds from the sale going towards the former Luton man and his family.
The shirt design, chosen by Franks, features a County badge in amber with the rest of the kit in white, and will be worn next season.
Franks said: “My family and I are beyond words for how grateful we are to the football club for this amazing gesture.
