Portugal beat Switzerland last night to reach the final and England will be looking to join them when they face the Dutch at the Estadio D.Afonso Henriques in Guimaraes.

The second semi-final is set for Thursday, June 6. Kick-off in Guimaraes is at 7.45pm UK time.
The two sides last met in March 2018, when a Jesse Lingard strike gave England a 1-0 friendly win.
