Chelsea defender Marcos Alonso’s season went from bad to worse after being nutmegged by veteran goalkeeper Rob Green in training.
The left-back has struggled for form this season, managing just two goals and five assists so far.
He has also been dropped by Blues boss Maurizio Sarri in recent weeks, with Emerson establishing himself as first-choice.

And Alonso’s season took another hit when he was embarrassed by the club’s third-choice goalkeeper Green at their Cobham training base.

The 39-year-old, who is yet to make a Chelsea appearance since signing on a free transfer last summer, back-heeled the ball through Alonso’s legs during a rondo drill, which led to huge celebrations from Blues players.
Second-choice goalkeeper Willy Caballero uploaded the video onto his Instragram story and said: “We should always finish the training like this. Thanks Rob Green. @marcosalonso28 close your legs bro.â€
Alonso will be hoping for better luck when Chelsea host West Ham on Monday.
A win would move Sarri’s side into third, ahead of top-four rivals Tottenham and Arsenal.
